Dr. Adrian "Dre" Ricalde D.C. was fortunate to be one of the last graduating classes at Palmer West College of Chiropractic (c/o Fall 2024). During his time there he was active member in the sports council and business development club. He has completed various certifications and courses including Myofascial Decompression (MFD), and FAKTR. He is also an SJSU Alumini.
He believes that the adjustment is only a small part of the process, where working with the fascia and muscles, and exercise outside of the office all contribute to a longer lasting, more effective recovery and treatment.
He has treated at and sponsored various events including Initial Mile runs, Cat's Hill Classic, Silicon Valley Turkey Trot, Bentley's and Blossoms just to name a few.
Dr. Dre is an avid cyclist, runner with goals to complete an Ironman triathlon. He understands the pains and experiences that the athlete goes through and experiences where "you should probably stop doing [what you love]" is not an option (within reason of course).
He also has extensive experience in musical performance, Hyrox, obstacle course racing, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting.
With all the stresses and things we put our bodies through daily is like a sport, and regardless of what sport you play, Dr.Dre got your back. Get #ChiropracticTuned 🤙🏽
