There isn’t a specific one that we recommend or endorse. This is mainly due to pillows being a completely personal and unique thing to each individual. When looking for pillows we recommend to find a pillow that matches your sleep style.
Side sleepers will need a firmer thicker pillow compared to a back sleeper who might prefer a softer thinner one. Tummy sleepers would need a longer (think body) pillow that could vary in firmness depending how they like to sleep.
The underlying goal no matter what pillow you get is that your neck tries to be as neutral as possible when sleeping and that YOU are comfortable.
Finding a pillow isn’t usually a one and done process, we recommend to try different pillows to best suit your needs and preferences, and trying to find a place that has a great return policy just in case it doesn’t work out for you.
There are a few “chiropractic approved” pillows, or ones that have a special and unique shape. While my personal experience is very limited with them, it always comes back to personal preference.
Price is another consideration, while a higher price might bring about nicer/finer materials, it doesn’t immediately mean that it’s better than a cheaper one you find online. Again, the goal is to have your neck in as neutral as possible position while being comfortable when you sleep.
